SUPPORT TO EXPORTERS Why to join the site: If you are a new exporter or you want to become one this site will give you the following benefits:
How to Register: To access to all the benefits listed above you just need to register in the site filling a form that you can access through the link "Register New Exporter" which appears in the left side menu. All the fields marked with * are required, so you must fill them to complete the registration. The field of logo will allow you to upload an image with the logo of the company, which will appear with your information whenever a user see the company's profile. After submitting the form you will be able to add products to your list. This list is necessary for the rest of the services, because is the list of products that your company is allowed to export. To add products to the Catalogue and the Auction you will need to add products to your company's list. My Information: When you have registered and logged in you will find in the left side menu the option "My Information" which will allow you to modify the information about your company, and add more products to your list. How to Advertise your products: Just by filling your product list, you will be advertising your products, because everytime a user finds your profile in the directory of exporters the user will be able to see the list of products you produce for exporting. This list contains all the products you produce for exporting independent if there is stock available or not. My Catalogue When you are logged in, the menu will display the option "My Catalogue". This page will allow you to add products to the Catalogue, from where the importers will be able to buy from. In this Catalogue you need to add products which you have in stock available to export. Additionally in this page you will find the list of products that you already have in the catalogue with the remaining stock. The stock will decrease when the importers buy from it. All this sales you will be able to confirm or cancel the transactions before the actual trade. My Auction This option will help you to promote your products making them more attractive. In this option you are able to add items to the Auction, and will show you all the products that you have already in it. The products you will add to the Auction must be products that you have available to export, you will set the starting price and the importers will bid on it. However, in case there is a winner of the item you still will be able to confirm or cancel the transaction. In the list of items you have in auction you will be able to see if it is still running , if there is a winner and who is it, and the number of bids on each item. My Sales In this option you will find the list of all the sales you have established through the site, including sales through Catalogue and through the Auction. Additionally for those sales which have status Pending you need to Confirm or Cancel the transaction. Additionally, after Confirm the transaction, you can give your feedback about the importer who bought the products. This feedback is used for getting a percentage of the trustworthiness of the Importer. This feedback will help other exporters to decide before confirming a transaction with this importer. The percentage will be displayed in the profile of the Importer and it will affect him, so please be objective. Also take into account that the Importer will have the opportunity of giving feedback about you too, your level of satisfaction provided will be displayed also in your profile. |
